We are working to lead in g Austrian FM CGC company in COIMBATORE and looking for Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Executive. The job is to Accounts receivable / Collection, Accounts Payable officer in our office. The responsibilities shouldered would be Accounts, Client management and client handling and coordination administrative in nature.

Salary: Rs. 30,000 PM to 45,000 PM

You will be responsible for presenting customers for collect overdue payments and maintain client interactions and responsibilities that include customer and account handling, coordination, and maintaining accurate records throughout the finance processes. The position involves customer-related duties within the company’s financial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and reconcile customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure all customer accounts are updated and payments are processed correctly.
• Monitor outsts and follow up on overdued accounts in a professional manner.
• Proactively collect overdue payments and implement effective strategies to catch days sales out (DSO).
• Work closely with the Credit Manager to report on account status and assist in managing the company’s cash flow.
• Ensure the successful management of open debt, debit and collect information without academic sustainability of the organisations.
• Ensure all financial obligations, reports, and operational reports are accurate and monitored daily.
• Maintaining various reditorial processes and update the accounts in a professional and timely manner.
• Essential financial and operational responsibilities related to reporting, compliance, and auditing.
• Providing oversight for contract, co operative processes and compliance throughout the organization.
• Conduct effective and controlling creditors to facilitate accurate maintenance policy and processes.
• Maintain and review screen and strategic processes as per the company policies and regulatory requirements.
