Starworth Global Solutions is hiring for an AR Caller/Sr AR Caller in Chennai and Trichy. 1–6 years of experience in US healthcare AR calling is required, with strict emphasis on denial management and no freshers.

Strong verbal communication and call center skills are essential; night shifts are expected. Salary up to 40k depending on experience and skill, with location-based considerations in Chennai and Trichy.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on accounts receivable for US healthcare customers.
• Handle denial management and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Conduct voice-based AR calling to recover payments.
• Document interactions and update patient/provider records as required.
