Starworth Global Solutions is seeking an experienced AR Caller/Sr AR Caller for positions in Chennai, with options in Bangalore and Trichy. The role requires 1–5 years of AR calling in US healthcare, plus denial management and billing experience. Night shift work is expectation.

Salary is up to 40k INR per month, based on experience and skills. Strong English communication and call-center background are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• 1year - 5 Years of experience in accounts receivable follow-up / denial management for US healthcare customers.
• Fluent verbal communication abilities / call center expertise.
• Knowledge on Denials management and A/R fundamentals will be preferred.
• Willingness to work continuously in night shifts.
• Basic working knowledge of computers.
