Job summary

Momentive is seeking an Accounts Payable support professional in Bengaluru to join our finance team. You will process vendor invoices promptly within PO/contract terms and manage invoice workflows, document scanning, batch creation, and parked documents.

You will ensure accurate posting, align approvals with the Delegation of Authority, collaborate with Vendor Master Data, and contribute to process improvements in a global, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
• Fluency in English required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle document scanning, batch creation and invoice workflow management.
• Post invoices accurately and ensure timely processing.
• Manage workflows and parked documents for vendor invoices.
• Ensure approvals follow Delegation of Authority.
