Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers' worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.

What you'll do:

This also involves supporting urgent payments and following up on any rejected or unsuccessful transactions while maintaining segregation of duties.
  • Vendor Account Reconciliation: Conduct periodic reconciliations of supplier statements against company records, investigating and resolving discrepancies such as missing invoices, unallocated payments, or duplicate transactions. This also includes escalating significant disputes and maintaining reconciliation documentation.
  • Tax Compliance Support (GST & TDS): Validate key tax information on supplier invoices, support the correct application of TDS/withholding tax, reconcile AP records with GST-related information, and coordinate with the Tax team to resolve any invoice-level tax discrepancies, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Month-End Close and Financial Reporting: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities by reviewing unprocessed invoices, assisting with accrual identification, reconciling AP sub-ledger balances with the General Ledger, and providing necessary AP schedules and reports for management and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Internal Controls, Compliance & Process Optimization: Ensure all Accounts Payable activities adhere to company policies, internal controls, and segregation-of-duties requirements. This includes supporting internal and external financial audits, remediating control deficiencies, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and promoting automation and electronic invoicing solutions.
