Job summary

WNS Global Services, part of Capgemini, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for our Nashik V-Tech IT Park location. The candidate will handle end-to-end AP processes, support P2P transactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

We are looking for 2–3 years of P2P experience in a BPO setting, strong analytical abilities, and proficient MS Excel skills. ERP knowledge (SAP, Esker) is preferred.

Qualifications

• End-to-end accounts payable process understanding.
• 2–3 years of P2P experience in a BPO background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Esker, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, urgent payment requests and other operational transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
• Review and validate documents to ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
• Handle vendor and stakeholder queries through email and other communication channels.
• Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records of processed transactions.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
