Job summary

Tecnovisions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive Accounts Payable to join our finance team at the Head Office in Delhi. The role focuses on end-to-end AP processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice entry, vendor payments, reconciliations and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications include a B.Com / M.Com / MBA with 35 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable. Joining time is 15 days.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely entry into the accounting software.
• Verify, allocate, and post transactions to correct accounts.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements; follow up on discrepancies.
• Schedule and prepare payments (cheques, NEFT, RTGS, etc.).
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice/payment issues.
• Monitor aging reports and ensure timely resolution of pending payables.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
