As an Accounts Payable - Associate 2, you will play a vital role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge, all while building a personal brand and learning to manage and inspire others.

Manage accounts payable processes confirming compliance and accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
Analyze financial data to support project objectives

Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role
Oral and written proficiency in English required
2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payable
Proficiency in accounting software
Excelling in accounts payable processes and practices
Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Familiarity with ERP systems preferred
Analyzing data with an analytical mindset
Utilizing Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
Supporting internal and external audits
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
