Job summary

Quess IT Solutions in Bangalore is seeking an Accounts Payable / P2P Analyst with 1-5 years of experience to manage end-to-end AP and Invoice-to-Pay processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

You will resolve invoice discrepancies, perform vendor reconciliations, collaborate with procurement, finance, and business teams to streamline P2P operations, support month-end close, and identify opportunities for process improvement in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa).
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
