Job summary

IT Consulting LLP is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager – MIS & Costing in Navi Mumbai. The role requires 8-10 years of manufacturing finance expertise, with strong skills in costing, MIS, ERP, and financial analysis.

You will lead cost analyses, drive reporting, and collaborate across production and supply chain to ensure accurate cost capture. Candidates must have solid English communication skills and a background in B.Com/M.Com with CA Inter/CMA Inter preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance.
• Strong hands-on experience in Product Costing and Standard Costing.
• Good understanding of Inventory Accounting and Variance Analysis.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Dashboards).
• Exposure to Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost analysis.
• Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and business performance reports for leadership.
• Perform variance analysis and support business decisions with meaningful financial insights.
• Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, ageing analysis, and cost allocation.
• Manage month-end closing, General Ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Work closely with Production, Stores, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate cost capture and inventory accounting.
• Support statutory, internal, and cost audits.
• Drive reporting automation and process improvements using ERP, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
