Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks a Chartered Accountant with 8–15 years of experience to join its finance team. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for core manufacturing operations, ensuring GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

You'll prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and provide data-driven insights for cost optimisation, month-end close, and cross-functional budgeting with Production, Procurement and Operations to align financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Ensured timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits and other regulatory requirements.
• Performed Variance Analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and provided insights for corrective actions.
• Prepared MIS Reports, Flash Reports & Management Dashboards for management review and decision-making.
• Prepared MIS reports, Financial Dashboards and Business Performance Presentations for leadership, enabling data-driven strategic decisions.
• Supported Month-End Financial Close (MEC), financial analysis and management commentary, ensuring timely reporting to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Analysed manufacturing costs, production expenses, material consumption and overheads to identify cost variances and opportunities for cost optimisation.
