Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track client payments, ensuring timely collections and follow-ups
• Prepare and process client invoices accurately
• Handle end-to-end client coordination regarding billing, payments, and account queries
• Collaborate with internal teams for brand-related coordination and financial alignment
• Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and payment status
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
• Generate periodic reports on receivables and payment status

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing
• Good communication skills for client coordination
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
