Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Familiarity with MS Excel is preferred.
• Good attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounts team with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Make entries for sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses in Tally.
• Maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and other financial records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Support GST-related documentation and basic accounting reports.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before data entry.
• Maintain proper filing of physical and digital accounting records.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
