Velvu Technologies Pvt Ltd. in Jaipur is seeking an Accounts & Finance Head to lead finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, compliance and strategic financial planning.

The role supports business growth, profitability improvement, cost control, financial governance, and regulatory compliance, working closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Procurement to optimize costs and capital deployment.

Qualifications

• MBA Finance / CMA /CA – Preferred.
• Additional certifications in Finance, Treasury, or Risk Management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations.
• Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth and profitability improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Establish strong internal controls and financial governance practices.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Customs, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Optimize fund utilization and liquidity management.
• Handle debt management, fund raising, and financial risk mitigation.
• Support decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.
• Evaluate new investments, capital expenditure, and expansion projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives.

Education

MBA Finance / CMA /CA – Preferred

Additional certifications in Finance, Treasury, or Risk Management are advantageous.
