Job summary

Omkar Placements is seeking an Accounts Executive for a client in the real estate sector to manage ledgers, purchases, cash/bank entries, and reconciliations. The role requires accurate processing of GST and TDS related returns and meticulous attention to debtor/creditor reconciliation.

Preferred candidates will have at least 6 years of experience in the real estate industry. Knowledge of RERA compliance is a plus. This is a placement-focused opportunity based in Mumbai, India.

Qualifications

• GST & TDS returns knowledge is required.
• RERA compliance knowledge will be preferred.
