Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an experienced accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, GST compliance, and banking operations from the Pune office. The role requires hands-on experience with Tally ERP and NAV ERP, and familiarity with payroll related processes.

The candidate should be ready to work from office Monday to Saturday and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely tax filings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tally ERP and NAV ERP is mandatory.
• GST knowledge and monthly GST working experience.
• Strong bank reconciliation and finalization of accounts skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments records.
• Bank reconciliation and payment collection.
• Monthly GST processing and monthly closings.
• Reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors.
• Payment follow-up by phone and email.
• Daily stock maintenance and petty cash records.
• Maintain sales and purchase registers in software.
• Handle banking operations: cheques, NEFT, RTGS.
• Day-to-day accounting and salary statement preparation.
• Finalization of accounts, balance sheet, and trial balance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
• Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
• Monthly GST Working.
• Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
• Payment follows up by Telephonic & mailing
• Daily Stock maintains.
• Handling petty Cash Records.
• Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
• Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
• Handling Day-to-Day Accounting
• Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account, Worker Salary, daily wages for Worker
• Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trial Balance, Fixed Assets.

Job Requirements:

• Kannada And English Mandatory Hindi would be Added Advantage
• Candidate must be open to work from Monday to Saturday
• Good Hands on experience in Tally Erp, and Microsoft NAV ERP Mandatory.
