Job summary

Hospet requires a full-time Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience in Retail & Sales accounting. The role involves handling daily accounts, maintaining cash and bank books, and ensuring GST compliance.

You will coordinate with a Chartered Accountant to file IT returns and manage email communication in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail & sales accounting is preferred.
• Proficient in Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST returns and IT filing coordination with CA.
• Ability to communicate in Kannada, Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cash book and bank book.
• Prepare GST returns and assist in IT filing with CA.
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for financial filings.
• Send emails and manage daily correspondence.
