The incumbent will supervise ticket sale reconciliations, oversee fleet-related payments, manage supplier payments, and handle VAT/tax filings in line with local regulations. Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Supervise the reconciliation of daily ticket sales from various counters and online platforms.
• Oversee payments for fleet-related costs: fuel procurement, spare parts, and workshop repairs.
• Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Handle VAT and Tax filings in accordance with local government regulations.
