We are looking for a Billing & Operations professional with strong knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart seller operations, accounting calculations, GST, bank statements and daily business transactions. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing, sales and purchase calculations, GST-related work, reconciliation of Amazon/Flipkart settlements, bank statement entries, invoices, payments and basic accounts-related operations. Good knowledge of Excel, GST, TDS, reconciliation and e-commerce calculations is preferred. The candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable working with numbers and financial data.

Responsibilities

Handle Amazon and Flipkart sales, settlement and payment calculations, billing and invoicing, GST-related calculations and reconciliation, bank statement checking, TCS/TDS, refunds and deductions. Maintain daily accounts and operational records in Excel, identify payment or calculation mismatches, prepare sales and expense reports, and coordinate with the CA/accounting team for GST, tax and other accounts-related work.
