Job summary

Liquidnitro Games, India's flagship live services and game production company, seeks a proactive Accounts Executive – Finance & Compliance to streamline financial operations in Hyderabad.

You will manage day-to-day accounting in Tally/Zoho Books/Excel, handle invoicing, GST/TDS returns, payroll accounting, and support audits while partnering with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive data-driven decisions and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and basic compliance.
• GST and TDS concepts under Indian GAAP.
• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timely posting of transactions.
• Handle vendor and customer invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings, including bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation for financial transactions to support audits and compliance.
• Assist in payroll accounting, expense tracking, and reimbursements.

We're looking for a proactive AccountsExecutive to lead and streamline our financial operations. This role will becentral to ensuring accounting accuracy, statutory compliance, and robustfinancial planning. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams andleadership to enable data-driven decisions and maintain financial disciplinewhile supporting our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

• Maintain day-to-day accountingin Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timely posting oftransactions.
• Handle vendor and customerinvoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end andyear-end closings, including bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentationand records for all financial transactions to support audits and compliance.
• Assist in payroll accounting,expense tracking, and reimbursements.

Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare workings and coordinatewith consultants for GST returns, TDS computation, and filing of statutoryreturns.
• Support in preparation ofschedules and documentation for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Maintain audit-ready recordsand ensure timely responses to auditor or consultant queries.
• Assist the Senior FinanceManager with financial reporting, budgeting support, and MIS preparation.
• Monitor payables/receivablesageing, track vendor payments, and highlight exceptions or delays.
• Collaborate with internal teamsand external consultants to ensure smooth financial operations.

Skill Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate inCommerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance).
• 3–6 years of hands-onexperience in accounting, taxation, and basic compliance.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS,and accounting principles under Indian GAAP.
• Proficiency in Tally / ZohoBooks / Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks or ERP systems preferred.
• High attention to detail,reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication andcoordination skills for working with cross-functional and external teams.
