Job summary

Sundaram Technologies in Vadodara is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage routine accounting tasks and maintain ERP entries. The role requires 2–8 years of experience with a focus on tally-based processes, invoicing, and vendor payments.

Location is in-person, with a fixed shift and monthly pay in the ₹21,500–₹25,000 range. The candidate will work in the accounts department handling purchase, sales, and reconciliation tasks within the ERP system.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of accounting experience.
• Familiarity with tally ERP or similar accounting software.
• Experience with purchase/sales entries and payments.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices, debit/credit notes and entries in tally.
• Handle vendor payments and receipts entries in Tally.
• Verify invoices against GRN/PO and approve payments after ledger check.
• Prepare vendor payments and reconcile monthly expenses.
• Record debit card and employee expenses, monthly utility bills and petty cash entries.
• Maintain all entries in ERP and support accounts department.

JD - Account Executive

• Purchase invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note entries in tally
• Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt Entries
• Checking purchase invoices with GRN & PO, releasing payment accordingly after checking the ledger of vendor, deduction of TDS if required
• Vendor Payment Preparation, Receipts entries in Tally
• Debit Card expense entries - bills collecting, monthly reconciliation
• Employees General Expenses checking & Payment process
• Monthly utility bills payment & other monthly due payment (Rent, Maintenance, etc.)
• Factory petty cash checking & entries; Other duties as needed as per
• Accounting work to the Accounts Department
• All the entries in ERP
