Job summary

Akshara Finalytics in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to maintain books using Tally Prime and ensure GST, TDS, and payroll compliance. You will prepare financial statements and assist with ROC filings and client communications.

The role suits fresh graduates with knowledge of accounting and statutory compliance. Prior experience is an advantage, and strong communication skills are essential for effective client coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
• Prior experience in accounting or compliance will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accounting: Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.
• GST & Taxation: Prepare and file GST returns and assist with Income Tax compliance.
• TDS: Prepare and file TDS returns and manage TDS challans.
• Payroll Compliance: Handle monthly PF, ESI, and Professional Tax returns.
• ROC Compliance: Assist with ROC filings and related compliance activities.
• Client Coordination: Communicate with clients, handle queries, and collect required documents.
• Registrations: Assist with GST, MSME, Shops & Establishment, and other business registrations.
• Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports as required
