Job summary

Pegasus International is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to manage forex subsidiary operations and assist consolidation of accounts in INR. This role involves coordinating with foreign auditors for quarterly and year-end finalisation under IND-AS, and collaborating with the IT team on SAP S/4HANA implementation for subsidiary accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex domestic and international finance, including export/import transactions, with strong SAP,

Responsibilities

• Convert foreign subsidiary accounts in INR and assist consolidation of accounts.
• Coordinate with foreign auditors for quarterly/year-end finalisation under IND-AS.
• Assist IT team in implementing subsidiary accounts in SAP S/4HANA when transitioning systems.
• Handle other accounting and income tax related issues as required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conversion of Foreign Subsidiary Accounts in INR and assisting in preparation of Consolidation of Accounts.

2. Assisting and Coordination with Foreign Subsidiary Auditors to the extent of getting Quarterly/Year end audit finalisation under IND-AS.

3. Assisting & Coordination IT Team in implementation of Subsidiary Accounts in S4Hana (SAP) whenever Company decides to transit from existing software.

4. Various other Accounting & Income Tax related issues wherever required.

Preferred Profile:

• Candidates with exposure to managing accounts in both domestic and international business environments.
• Experience in handling complex financial transactions related to export/import operations.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in SAP
• Advanced Excel skills & Power BI (for reports, data analysis, and presentations).
• Working knowledge of creating accounts-related PowerPoint presentations for management meetings.

Note : Candidate must have hands‑on experience in forex subsidiary operations and should currently be working with a listed company having a minimum annual turnover of 2,500 crore.
