Job summary

Niit Learning Systems in Gurgaon is seeking a Manager-Corporate Accounts to oversee Ind AS compliant financial reporting for the parent and overseas subsidiaries. You will manage consolidation, ICFR, and statutory compliance, while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires CA with extensive experience in listed companies, ERP SAP, and advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and automation mindset are essential to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have exposure to Ind AS and work experience in a listed company having global subsidiaries would be an added advantage
• Education Mandatory: Chartered Accountant
• Education Preferred: B.Com.
• Institute Preference: ICAI

Responsibilities

• In-depth practical understanding of Ind AS
• Preparation of the Standalone and Consolidated financial statements of Parent Companies
• Preparation of financial statements of overseas subsidiaries; ICFR-RCM
• EPS computation / ESOP accounting
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance control reliability, accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Control over related party transactions
• Managerial remuneration
• Variance analysis on a quarterly and annual basis
• Monthly / Quarterly trial balance review
• Fixed Assets and Depreciation as per Ind AS and Tax
• Well versed with consolidation and business combination as per Ind AS, including control over intercompany transactions and eliminations
• Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP) functionalities

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

Operating Location: Onsite

Shift: General shift

Must have exposure of Ind AS & Work experience in a listed company having global subsidiaries would be an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting

• In-depth practical understanding of Ind AS
• Preparation of the Standalone and Consolidated financial statements of Parent Companies
• Preparation of financial statements of overseas subsidiaries In-depth understanding of Internal Control over financials reporting (ICFR-RCM)
• EPS computation / ESOP accounting
