Job summary

Linc Limited in India seeks an Accounts Manager – Financial Consolidation to lead group-wide financial consolidation across entities, prepare consolidated balance sheets, P&L and cash flow, and ensure Ind AS/IFRS compliance. The role requires 6–10 years of consolidation experience, strong analytical skills and ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Tally).

You will coordinate with auditors and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 6–10 years of experience in accounts and finance.
• Strong experience in financial consolidation, including group entities.
• Experience handling foreign accounts and compliance.
• MIS and management reporting experience.
• ERP proficiency with SAP/Oracle/Tally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of financial statements across group entities (BS, P&L, cash flow).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IFRS as applicable.
• Coordinate inter-company reconciliations and eliminations.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager – Financial Consolidation to lead the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities of Linc Limited. The role involves preparing consolidated balance sheets, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and providing accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of financial statements, including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow, across group entities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / IFRS, as applicable
• Handle inter-company reconciliations and eliminations
• Handling foreign accounts , MIS and report independently
• Review and validate financial data received from subsidiaries and units
• Coordinate with auditors for consolidated financial statements and disclosures
• Analyse financial results and provide variance analysis and management insights
• Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting processes
• Work closely with different business units, including manufacturing operations, to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements
• Drive automation and process improvements in consolidation and reporting

Skills/Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting, consolidation of related companies ( foreign & Indian companies)
• Experience of independent handling of foreign accounts and compliances.
• Experience of preparing financial statements, MIS and other management reporting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally or similar)
