Job summary

ADD Laundry Concepts in Mumbai seeks an Account Assistant to manage data entry for purchases, sales, payments, and receipts, and to maintain documentation and vouchers. You will assist CRM follow-ups on collections and prepare MIS on sales, costs, and outstandings.

Responsibilities include service tax, sales tax, TDS and PF compliance, and processing utility payments, supporting projects with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Data entry for purchases, sales, payments & receipts.
• Assist CRM with collections and monitor outstanding amounts.
• Prepare MIS on sales, costs and cash flows.
• Process service tax, sales tax, TDS and PF compliance.
• Handle utility payments and other accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate ledgers and documentation for transactions.
• Support monthly and quarterly closings with reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies.
