Job summary

Srsg Broadcast is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join its Finance & Accounts team. The role focuses on basic bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and learning in a dynamic environment. You will handle vendor invoices, reconciliations, and assist in audits while coordinating with internal departments for timely approvals.

The ideal candidate has a B.Com/M.Com and up to 3 years of experience, with working knowledge of GST and MS Excel. Zoho Books experience is a plus in this fast-paced setting.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record accounting entries in Zoho Books(Preferred).
• Process vendor invoices and payment vouchers.
• Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in audits and financial reporting.

Eligibility

• B.Com/M.Com (preferred).
• 03 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
• Experience with Zoho Books is an added advantage.
