Qualifications

• Professionals CMA / CA with 5+ years in FP&A, data analysis and management reporting in manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing industry mandatory.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP; advanced Excel and PPT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and variance analysis across PnL line items.
• Lead monthly review meetings and present financial performance.
• Report budget vs actual and provide insights for management.
• Collaborate with departments to highlight deviations and implement SOPs.
• Drive automation to improve efficiency across processes.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of brand performance and provide insights to management.
• Gather data from ERP and ensure data integrity with reconciliations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses of revenue, COGS, selling and distribution costs and margins.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis Preparation of Budgets, strategic planning and preparation of Variance analysis across all PnL line items
• Drive Monthly Review Meetings by presenting Financial performance
• Report the Key indicators Budget Vs actual achievement
• Collaborate with various departments to highlight the deviation and act on correction by implementing SOP
• Drive Automation agenda effectively and bring efficiencies across
• Deep dive analysis of Brand performance and bring key insights to the management
• Data gathering and integrity Extraction of the data from ERP system and supervise the accuracy by doing reconciliation wherever inconsistencies
• Ad-hoc analysis of revenue, cogs, Selling and distribution cost and Margins as and when required for decision making

Key Performance Indicators

• Timely monthly closing of reports and organising & driving review meeting
• Accuracy of the data and analytics reported
• Timely highlights on insights Key indicator Budget Vs actual clearance (part of incentive working)
• Proper verification and control of financial transactions.

Timely closure of Annual Budgeting

Technical Proficiency :

• Hands on working experience in Excel and ERP system.
• Advanced excel knowledge is recommended.
• Good commanding over Power point presentation skill is recommended.

Professionals CMA / CA.

Experience :

Only from manufacturing industry

Typically minimum 5 years of experience in the areas of FPnA, Data analysis , Management reporting in mandatory.
