Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Finance Executive - AP/AR to maintain precise receivable records, manage invoices, and support timely financial reporting. You will safeguard cheques, log backups, and verify documentation to ensure accuracy across guests and staff accounts.

The role emphasizes meticulous recordkeeping, prompt inquiries response, and collaboration with the Finance team to sustain hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Know-how in Check SCM and SUN systems.
• A professional accounting qualification is advantageous.

You will oversee the maintenance of precise records of all receivables from guests, tenants, concessionaires, credit card companies, online transactions, and employees. Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Secure & Accurate Documentation: Safeguard signed cheques in the Financial Controller's safe and maintain a detailed log; verify invoice backups for accuracy before distribution.
• Efficient Time Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date filing system and respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Problem-Solving & Support: Perform ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations and maintain accurate records of all receivables.
• Financial Accuracy: Ensure all charges and account statements are correct and submitted on time, covering guests, groups, banquets, employees, and credit card companies.
