Job summary

Relay Human Cloud in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced US Accounting Executive with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to support our accounting department and ensure accurate financial operations for US clients.

You will use accounting software to manage records, perform reconciliations, and generate management reports, while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic, 5-day workweek environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, demonstrating strong practical skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Yardi, Xero, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various accounting software to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
• Meet tight deadlines while handling multiple accounting tasks for management.
• Perform essential reporting duties, including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and upload journal entries accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements, researching and recording any outstanding cash items.
• Leverage strong Excels skills for data analysis and report preparation.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, such as budgets, fixed assets, and more.
• Reconcile intercompany balances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare month-end closing reconciliation files to support timely financial reporting.
