Job description

Contractual Role - (6-12 months)

Shift Timings - 4 PM to 12 AM OR 9 PM to 6 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure proper financial classification
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports as per US GAAP Perform variance analysis and provide insights on key movements
• Support fixed assets accounting including capitalization and depreciation
• Handle intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and SOX compliance requirements
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing documentation
• Collaborate with AP, AR, and FP&A teams for issue resolution Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives
• Maintain documentation for processes and ensure audit readiness
