Job summary

The Glove is actively seeking an Accounting Advisory Consultant/Assistant Manager based in India to deliver expert guidance on IFRS, US GAAP and Ind AS. This role supports clients through complex accounting issues and project leadership.

Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in auditing, accounting, or advisory, with proven ability to manage small teams and coordinate with larger project teams across engagements.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience as auditor, accountant, or advisor.
• Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP and Ind AS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and Ind AS standards.
• Lead project scoping, effort estimation, project planning, and team management.
• Address complex accounting matters including consolidation, business combinations, asset acquisition, stock-based compensation, and financial instruments.
• Manage a small team, oversee direct reports and performance management.
• Operate independently and collaboratively in larger project teams.
