Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS in financial reporting.
• Familiarity with GST/compliance and tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP data management and financial hierarchies.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable invoices, approvals and electronic payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable billing, invoicing, collections and aging reports.
• Record and reconcile daily bank transactions, cash flows and credit card accounts.
• Assist month-end and year-end close activities, journal entries and trial balance reviews.
• Track fixed assets, depreciation schedules and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain Chart of Accounts, cost centers and financial hierarchies in the ERP.
• Troubleshoot data errors, support ERP migrations and contribute to automation/upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS or local regulations (GST, income tax).
• Support audits by pulling transactional logs and audit-ready reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting & Transactions:
  
  
  
  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) vendor invoices, approvals, and electronic payment runs.
  
  
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) billing, customer invoicing, collections, and aging reports.
  
  
  • Record and reconcile daily bank transactions, cash flows, and credit card accounts.
  
  
  
  


• Month-End & Year-End Close:
  
  
  
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, journal entries, and trial balance reviews.
  
  
  • Track fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and expense report reimbursements.
