Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a finance professional to manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank transactions in alignment with Indian regulatory requirements.

The role involves preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and collaborating with auditors for smooth operations. The candidate should be proficient in Tally and Excel, have exposure to ERP systems, and demonstrate strong attention to detail along with effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and income tax filings
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for smooth financial operations
• Monitor fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and inventory accounting
• Maintain documentation for financial records and assist in process improvements
• Sound understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial controls
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and exposure to ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams
