Job summary

Complyance is a fast-growing e-invoicing and tax compliance SaaS company with a growing MENA footprint, expanding to Europe and the US. As Accountant – Accounts Payable & Treasury, you will manage the full purchase-to-pay cycle, keep vendor books clean, and support month-end close in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a B.Com and 3+ years' experience in accounting, with strong GST knowledge and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Hold a B.Com and have 3+ years of experience in accounting, from manufacturing, services or SaaS (SaaS preferred).
• Have strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, general accounting and reconciliations.
• Have a good understanding of GST compliance and input tax reconciliation.
• Are proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Bring strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run purchase-to-pay: Create Purchase Orders (POs), verify vendor invoices, book expenses and process vendor payments.
• Keep vendor books clean: Perform vendor reconciliations and support payment automation initiatives.
• Know where our payables stand: Prepare Accounts Payable (AP) schedules and monitor vendor credit terms and DPO (Days Payable Outstanding).
• Tie out across entities: Manage intercompany reconciliations and tie-outs, allocate expenses across cost centres and entities, and raise debit notes for chargebacks and recoveries.
• Stay on top of GST: Reconcile GST input credits with the books and follow up on discrepancies.
• Close the month with confidence: Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and support monthly MIS and financial close activities.
• Be audit-ready, always: Ensure timely, accurate accounting entries and maintain supporting documentation for audits.

The mission –

As Accountant – Accounts Payable & Treasury, you will keep our payables, reconciliations and month-end close accurate and on time, supporting audits and day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced environment.

The kind of person we’re looking for

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:
