About The Team

We are looking for an Accounts Payable accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and to be part of our growth story. We are the Accounts Payable (AP) department, currently a team of 10 professionals.

Responsibilities

Our main responsibility is to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of vendor invoices and payments across multiple subsidiaries, compliance with VAT and audit requirements, vendor communication, and supporting finance controllers and procurement teams in resolving discrepancies.

Your Workday, Your Tasks And Mandatory Skill Set

• Interface with colleagues across India and Scandinavia.
• Book & verify vendor invoices.
• Book and reconcile purchases made by credit card.
• Handle mail and reminders.
• Perform various other tasks. Expect a dynamic work environment where tasks are gradually reallocated from Denmark to India, expanding in scope as the team's capacity increases. You'll receive comprehensive training, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities. With ongoing support from our AP team Manager, you'll contribute to developing the Indian AP function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our processes.
