Job Description

As a Fund Accountant, you'll support leading private equity and fund clients by delivering accurate NAV reporting, financial statements, investor reporting, capital call and distribution activities, and fund administration services. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while maintaining compliance with IFRS, Ind AS, GAAP, SSAE standards, and internal policies. The role involves managing fund accounting processes, supporting system migrations and onboarding activities within Investran and Paxus, and ensuring reporting accuracy across financial and investor deliverables. You'll also review outputs, resolve client queries, manage risks, and contribute to continuous process improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to private equity fund operations within a global financial services environment.

What You'll Do

• You'll prepare and review NAV reporting, journal entries, monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements with disclosures, management accounts, partner statements, investor notices, and other client reporting deliverables.
• You'll manage capital call and distribution calculations, process payments, support investor communications, and ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately within agreed timelines and SLAs.
• You'll assist with onboarding private equity funds and support accounting system migrations and conversions to Investran and Paxus while maintaining data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• You'll collaborate with NAV teams, review reports and deliverables, address review comments, respond to client and investor queries within agreed timelines, and support junior team members on technical matters.
• You'll ensure compliance with SSAE requirements, IFRS, Ind AS, and GAAP standards, manage workflow tracking, identify operational risks, elevate issues promptly, and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Accounting or a Business‑related field with 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Private Equity or Fund Accounting.
• You possess strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and GAAP (US, UK, and Luxembourg) with experience preparing financial statements, disclosures, working papers, and financial reports.
• You demonstrate proficiency in Investran, Paxus, or similar fund accounting systems, along with Microsoft Office applications and strong report generation capabilities.
• You have intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, IF formulas, and other financial analysis and reporting tools.
• You have strong written and verbal English communication skills (additional foreign language preferred) and demonstrate customer focus, resilience, collaboration, self‑development, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in multinational financial services environments.
