Triveni Global Consulting is seeking an experienced accounting professional with 23 years of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day accounting, GST and TDS compliance, and ITR filings. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime and multinational currency handling is required.

Role involves preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and supporting audit activities. The candidate should be able to work independently and ensure accurate, timely reporting in INR and USD.

Job description

Experience: 23 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle GST and TDS calculations, return preparation, and timely filing.
• Assist with income tax return filing and related documentation.
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and bank reconciliation records.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and maintain financial records in Tally.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist with tax assessments and compliance requirements.
• Prepare monthly reports covering INR and USD receipts, payments, outstanding receivables/payables, and exchange gains/losses.
• Maintain proper audit trails and supporting documentation for all accounting entries.
• Prepare cash flow statements and other financial reports as required by management.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Maintain accounting books and financial records for transactions in INR and USD.
• Record foreign currency sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments using appropriate exchange rates.
• Maintain foreign currency ledgers for customers, vendors, and bank accounts.
• Record the INR equivalent of USD transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of exchange rates used for each transaction.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax Return (ITR) filing as per Indian taxation laws.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
• Understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and TDS return filing.
• Experience in preparing financial statements, maintaining invoices, and managing accounting records.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance, tax calculations, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate

A candidate with 23 years of practical accounting experience who can independently handle routine accounting, GST and TDS compliance, and ITR filing, with working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and above.
