Job summary

Visual Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Regular B.Com and has strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and MS Excel. Familiarity with Tally ERP/Prime is a plus. You will work with the finance team to support monthly closings and reporting.

Qualifications

• B.Com Regular or higher in commerce with relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience with GST/TDS knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software (Tally).

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to- day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies. The ideal candidate should hold a Regular B.Com degree and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial data as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com Regular) from a recognized university.
• 23 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
