Job summary

Pandurang Ramrao Randive is seeking an accounting professional in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, to manage GST and TDS filings, and handle daily bookkeeping tasks. The role requires accuracy and the ability to meet statutory deadlines, with close interaction with senior staff.

The candidate should have a B.Com / M.Com or CA Inter, 2 years of experience in CA firms or accounts departments, and familiarity with Tally Prime and MS Excel. Marathi, Hindi, and English communication is expected.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or CA Intermediate (one or both groups) is required.
• 2 years of experience in CA firm or accounts dept; freshers with fundamentals may apply.

Responsibilities

• GST returns preparation and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) for assigned clients.
• TDS returns preparation, quarterly filings and TRACES certificates.
• Day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime: voucher entry, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny.
• Assistance with data for audits (tax audits, statutory audits, cooperative society audits).

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of GST returns i.e GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual returns for a portfolio of assigned clients within prescribed due dates.
• Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns, generation of certificates from TRACES.
• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally Prime, including voucher entry, bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Assistance in compilation of data for tax audits, statutory audits and co-operative society audits

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com / M.Com graduate, or CA Inter (one or both groups) candidates
• 2 years of experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm or in an accounts department; freshers with sound fundamentals may apply
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Familiarity with the GST portal, TRACES and the Income Tax e-filing portal is preferred
• Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work to statutory due dates
• Ability to communicate with clients in Marathi, Hindi and English
• Candidates residing in Pimpri-Chinchwad or adjoining areas of Pune are preferred
