Job summary

BDR Buildtech in New Delhi, India, is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage daily accounting operations using Tally, record sales, purchases, receipts and payments, and ensure accuracy of financial data.

The role covers GST/TDS compliance, bank and vendor reconciliations, and preparing financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reports, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting Operations (Tally): Recording daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally.
• Statutory Compliance (GST/TDS): Managing GST entries, preparing tax data, and supporting return filing (GST/TDS) in Tally.
• Bank & Vendor Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and monitoring creditor/debtor accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Cash & Ledger Management: Maintaining ledger books, managing petty cash, and issuing invoices/vouchers
