Responsibilities

• Record and maintain all purchase and sales transactions in the accounting system.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts.
• Verify and process import raw material invoices and related documentation.
• Handle TDS, TCS, Form 27C, and related statutory compliance activities.
• Manage GST TDS transactions, including reconciliation and record maintenance.
• Prepare, review, and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 for the company and contractors.
• Reconcile GST data through IMS and GSTR-2B and resolve discrepancies.
• Process employee salaries and maintain payroll records.
• Manage Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and other employee statutory compliance requirements.
• Record and maintain stores and inventory-related transactions in the accounting software.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of inventory records.
• Coordinate insurance policy renewals and maintain related records and documentation.
• Handle miscellaneous insurance-related administrative work.
• Prepare and submit GPCB annual returns and manage renewal processes.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external agencies as required.
