Job summary

Design Forum Of Architects in Delhi seeks an Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and banking tasks in a fast-paced office. The role requires accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to policy.

Responsibilities include vendor payments, GST returns (GSTR-3B, GSTR-1), TDS payments and returns, stock reconciliation, travel reimbursements, and NEFT/RTGS bank reconciliations. Knowledge of GST and routine accounting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Day to Day Accounting Transaction (sale, purchase, journal, cash, bank)
• Creditors Payments; Prepare Outstanding details.
• Making GST Payment; Prepare GSTR 3B; GSTR 1 Return monthly basis.
• Prepare reconcile Report with GSTR 2 Prepare Export GST Refund documents TDS payments; deposit TDS challan Prepare TDS Return; submission.
• Stock Reconcile with vendor order
• Employee travelling reimbursement settled with policy.
• Banking activity (Bank Reco, NEFT & ; RTGS)
