Job summary

Renown Pharmaceuticals in Vadodara, India seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage accounts & finance operations, including GST/TDS, GL entries and MIS reporting. The role requires advanced Excel skills and strong reconciliation capabilities.

Responsibilities include bank and vendor/customer reconciliations, invoicing, expense accounting, and contributing to budgeting and financial analysis to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong exposure to accounts & finance operations.
• GST, TDS and statutory compliance knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and MIS reporting proficiency.
• GL, AP/AR, and reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts & finance operations end-to-end.
• Prepare GL entries and journal postings accurately.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management.
• Assist budgeting, variance analysis and financial data review.

• Budgeting, variance analysis and financial data analysis
• Advanced Excel proficiency Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, dashboards and MIS reports
• Good working knowledge of ERP/Accounting Software
