Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Senior Accountant (Core Accounting) to lead the core accounting functions for broking operations. You will maintain financial integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the end-to-end accounting lifecycle in a fast-paced securities environment.

You will oversee general ledger, reconciliations, GST/Tax filings, audits, and MIS reporting to support management decision-making and regulatory deadlines.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Com.
• 3 to 4 years of solid experience in Core Accounting.
• Mandatory experience within a Stock Broking firm.
• High proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under tight regulatory deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Core Accounting: Manage the general ledger, daily book-keeping, and finalization of accounts.
• Reconciliations: Oversee bank, exchange, and client-level reconciliations for broking operations.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and Advance Tax filings; ensure SEBI/Exchange reporting accuracy.
• Audit Management: Lead preparation for statutory, internal, and concurrent audits.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly financial health reports and cash flow statements for management.
