• Reconciliations: Oversee bank, exchange, and client-level reconciliations specific to broking operations.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and Advance Tax filings; ensure SEBI/Exchange financial reporting is accurate.
• Audit Management: Lead the preparation for statutory, internal, and concurrent audits.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly financial health reports and cash flow statements for the management team.
