Job summary

Shah Insulation seeks an Accounts Executive with 1-3 years of experience in accounting, proficient in Tally Prime. You will manage core ledgers, GST compliance, TDS, and bank reconciliations while coordinating with a CA for finalization of accounts.

The role requires a B.Com degree and a strong grasp of Indian tax norms, Ind AS, and GST. Based in Mumbai Suburban, on-site position with handling payroll-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in accountancy with expertise in Tally Prime.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university with any specialization.
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), GST, and Income Tax Act.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment and Journal entries in Tally Prime
• Handle GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation
• Handle TDS entries and related compliance
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Manage bank withdrawals and deposits
• Maintain Debtors, Creditors and Vendor ledgers
• Follow up for outstanding customer payments
• Handle E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills
• Maintain Petty Cash and daily cash transactions
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports
• Assist in payroll, PF & ESIC compliance
• Coordinate with CA for taxation and finalization of accounts
