Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive in Ahmedabad to maintain accounts in Tally, handle GST, TDS and TCS compliance, and manage invoicing and ledger activities.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST taxation, and hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with GST, taxation and compliance is required.
• Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts in Tally
• Handle GST, TDS & TCS related compliance
• Purchase and sales entries in Tally, including Debit & Credit Notes
• Bank reconciliation
• Invoice preparation, Eway Bill and ledger management
• Maintaining database for statutory data and GST department audits
• Maintaining proper backup and documentation for assessments
• Basic knowledge of taxation and compliance
