Job summary

West Coast Polytech is seeking Senior/Mid-Level Accountants to manage taxation, auditing and general accounting functions. The role involves keeping books up to date, posting and checking entries, and supervising the accounts team.

Candidates should have experience in GST and TDS returns, stock valuation, and finalisation of books. The position is based in Mumbai and offers growth in a manufacturing and trading setup serving pan-India markets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of taxation, auditing and general accounting processes.
• Experience in preparing sales invoices, maintaining books and supervising accounts teams.
• Familiarity with TDS and GST working and returns filing, stock valuation and finalisation of books.

Responsibilities

• Keep books up to date and ensure accurate postings.
• Pass and check entries, maintain ledgers and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare sales invoices and monitor AR/AP cycles.
• Calculate and file TDS and GST returns, ensure compliance.
• Value stock accurately and support year-end closing.
• Supervise and guide accounts team to deliver timely reports.
