Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Excel skills (formulas, filters, Pivot Tables)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling invoices and payments, bank reconciliation, taxation-related records, and supporting management with regular financial reports

Role & responsibilities :

• Complete knowledge of Tally software
• Should able to file TDS returns , GST return
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
• Shall have working knowledge of income tax provisions
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and taxation purposes.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor expenses and ensure transactions

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in the same field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP software.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
• Excellent MS Excel skills, including formulas, filters, Pivot Tables, and data handling.
